Dr C's work on trauma-informed parenting has been a game changer for me. Many of the decisions & changes I had been making were intuitively rooted in my love for my sons but it wasn't until her program that I came to clearly see the many impacts of my problematic home situation on my two very different boys. Most importantly, Dr C's ability to understand the complex nuances within these controlling relationships means she can provide clear and effective guidance. I am now super confident that my boys will grow into young men able to identify, expect and experience healthy relationships.

The family courts are failing mothers and children. Dr. C gives you tools to work together or separate from the courts to protect your children. So often, a mother's role gets severely undermined during divorce by our exes, attorneys, therapist, and judges. Dr. Cs strategies help elevate your voice, placing you in a better position legally and with the most important ones in our life, our children. The class taught me that as I empower myself, I empower my kids and by finding my voice, I am helping my kids find theirs.
